2. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Products are eligible for return only if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- Product is returned in original packaging
- Tags, accessories, and invoice are intact
- Return request is raised within the allowed timeline
- Product passes quality inspection after return
4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Earrings and hygiene-sensitive jewelry items
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Glint Style reserves the right to determine final eligibility for all returns.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- defective item,
- missing item,
- or incorrect product,
you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:
- clear product photos,
- packaging images,
- shipping label images,
- and a complete unboxing video for verification purposes.
Claims without proper video evidence may not be accepted.
After verification, Glint Style may offer:
- replacement,
- exchange,
- store credit,
- or refund depending on the case.
6. RETURN SHIPPING POLICY
If the issue is due to:
- damaged item,
- defective product,
- or wrong item delivered,
Glint Style will bear the return shipping charges.
If the return is requested due to:
- personal preference,
- change of mind,
- dislike of product,
- or incorrect order placed by customer,
the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Reverse pickup availability depends on serviceability in your location.
7. REFUND POLICY
Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding refund approval or rejection.
Approved Refunds
Refunds are processed to:
- the original payment method,
- bank account,
- UPI,
- or store credit depending on the order type and payment method.
Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days after approval.
For COD orders, customers may be required to share bank account or UPI details.
Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or promotional discounts may not be refundable.
8. EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to:
- product availability,
- stock confirmation,
- and verification approval.
Exchange requests must be initiated within the 7-day return window.
Non-returnable products are not eligible for exchange.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, Glint Style may offer:
- store credit,
- alternative product,
- or refund as applicable.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Glint Style reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- stock unavailability,
- pricing errors,
- suspicious activity,
- unverifiable COD orders,
- or operational limitations.
Eligible refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed accordingly.
10. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available on selected pincodes and orders.
Glint Style reserves the right to:
- verify COD orders via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp,
- refuse COD service for suspicious orders,
- or cancel unverified COD orders.
Repeated failed COD orders may lead to restrictions on future purchases.
11. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Glint Style products are sold and positioned as fashion jewelry.
Our jewelry is designed to be:
- waterproof,
- tarnish-resistant,
- and hypoallergenic.
However, product longevity may vary depending on:
- usage,
- care,
- moisture exposure,
- perfumes,

We do not provide any warranty unless specifically mentioned on a product page.
12. REFUSAL OF RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Glint Style reserves the right to reject return, refund, or exchange requests if:
