2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons.

These include:

  • Earrings and select hygiene-sensitive jewelry items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale items or clearance products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications

Glint Style reserves the right to determine product eligibility for returns.


4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • defective item,
  • missing item,
  • or incorrect product,

To process such claims, customers must provide:

  • clear product images,
  • packaging images,
  • and an unboxing video showing the issue clearly.

Without proper video verification, Glint Style reserves the right to reject the claim.


5. RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is due to:

Damaged / defective / incorrect product:

Glint Style will bear the return shipping cost after verification and approval.

If the return is due to:

Change of mind / preference issues / personal dislike:

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

We reserve the right to arrange reverse pickup through our logistics partners where applicable.


6. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on banking/payment provider timelines

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit based on customer confirmation

Shipping charges, COD charges, or convenience fees (if any) may be non-refundable.


7. EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to:

  • product availability,
  • verification,
  • and approval by Glint Style.

Exchange requests must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items are not eligible for exchange.


8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Glint Style reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • suspicious transactions,
  • unverifiable COD orders,
  • or unforeseen operational issues.

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected pincodes and eligible orders.

  • verify COD orders via call, SMS, or WhatsApp,
  • restrict COD access for suspicious or repeated failed deliveries,
  • or cancel unverifiable COD orders.
